
Classes
In order to make my classes as accessible and enjoyable as possible, I offer a mix of online and in-person classes to cater to everyone's preference ( I know all too well that feeling when you walk through the door after work and never want to leave again).
If you are completely new to pilates, I recommend an in-person session to start where possible, so we can go over the basics and talk through key concepts.
Bodyweight Pilates
Monday 6pm @ The White Hill Centre (also on zoom)

This class is solely bodyweight and suitable for all abilities. Grounds us back into the essence of the movements, layering in combinations,pace and flow for additional challenge.
Mixed Ability with Small Equipment
Wednesday 6.15pm @ The White Hill Centre (also on zoom)
Thursday 10am @ The Welcome Gym
Friday 9am @ The White Hill Centre (also on zoom)

This class is perfect for all abilities. Throughout the sessions we will use a mix of equipment to help strengthen the body and provide variety, such as flexbands, weights, sliding discs and more.
Ease & Flow Pilates
Thursday 11.30am @The White Hill Centre

The perfect class for beginners and those who would like a gentler class. Taking it back to the fundamentals with a calmer approach
Zoom only
Thursday @ 6pm

Perfect for those who just want to hunker down at home. A familiarity with the repetoire is useful for these, but not essential. Throughout the sessions we will use a mix of equipment to help strengthen the body.
